How We find the Next Generation
OWYY Entertainment is known for its transparent and innovative audition system for discovering and fostering the next generation of global artists.
The company regularly holds both offline and online auditions, making it easy for talented applicants to participate from anywhere in the world.
Since its inception, OWYY has conducted large-scale global audition tours in major cities, including Seoul, Tokyo, Vancouver, and New York, attracting thousands of applicants each year.
OWYY is introducing a multi-level selection system for fair and comprehensive evaluation, and it evaluates not only singing and dancing skills, but also personality, creativity, and growth potential.
We are implementing an open audition policy so that anyone can apply regardless of nationality, background, or experience, and by 2025, we will have introduced an AI-based audition platform to further simplify the application process and provide customized feedback to each applicant.
The final trainees will receive world-class training in a variety of fields, including music, performance, language, and self-improvement, along with some of the best mentors in the industry.

Launching First Artists 'NJZ' & Global Vision

Established with a vision to discover and support authentic artists with global potential under the philosophy of “Real Artistry.”
2019 - 2021
OWYY makes its industry debut with the launch of its first girl group, NJZ, known for their bold take on youth and individuality. Their fresh concept immediately gains attention across Asia. The company also embarks on its first Global Audition Tour, holding large-scale auditions in Seoul, Tokyo, Vancouver, and New York, attracting over 10,000 applicants.
In 2021, OWYY introduces RIIZE, a genre-blending boy group celebrated for their emotional narratives and refined performances. Within months of debut, RIIZE enters Billboard’s Emerging Artists Top 10, marking the company’s first major breakthrough on the global stage.
2022 - Present
Global Expansion and Creative Breakthroughs
Between 2022 and 2025, OWYY Entertainment experienced a period of rapid global growth and creative innovation.
NJZ completed their first world tour, “GLITCH IN BLOOM,” performing in 15 cities across North America, Europe, and Asia, drawing a total audience of over 180,000. The group later launched a successful Japan Dome Tour, selling out four shows in Tokyo and Osaka and solidifying their fanbase in Japan with over 250,000 attendees.
RIIZE soared to global prominence with their debut mini-album surpassing 500,000 first-week sales and making a historic entry into the Billboard Hot 100 with a Korean-language track (peaking at #73). In 2025, RIIZE made headlines as the first Asian boy group to perform at Coachella, receiving international acclaim for their heartfelt storytelling and electrifying performance.
In 2024, OWYY introduced the girl group Kiii Kiii, whose debut album “Chaos Bloom” captured the hearts of Gen Z fans with its poetic portrayal of youth and emotion. Their performance at SXSW (South by Southwest) further positioned them as rising icons with global appeal.
During this period, OWYY also established OWYY Creative Lab, an in-house production division for content, visuals, and branding, and expanded its international footprint with the opening of a Los Angeles office.
By 2025, the company had announced Global Audition Season 2, incorporating AI-driven systems for talent discovery and affirming its commitment to shaping the future of music.
